Agricultural Law Association announces ADR panel: Four Falcon Members
Jonathan Karas Q.C. FCIArb, Caroline Shea Q.C. FCIArb, Emily Windsor FCIArb and Edward Peters FCIArb have been appointed as members of the first Agricultural Law Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel https://aladisputeresolution.co.uk/arbitration. Each has extensive experience of dealing with agricultural and rural disputes.
When the current Agriculture Bill becomes law, it is anticipated that the Chair of the ALA will have power to appoint arbitrators under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995. Appointments can also be made by agreement between parties to a dispute.
