Nathaniel Duckworth specialises in all aspects of real property and landlord and tenant law.  He has acted as advocate in numerous arbitrations (in this jurisdiction and other jurisdictions); he has advised and acted for parties seeking to challenge an arbitral award and has also regularly acted as legal advisor to the arbitrator. His areas of expertise include (but are not limited to) the following:
