I have been a member of Falcon Chambers since 2002.

I specialise in commercial property litigation and disputes relating to development land, but my expertise extends to all aspects of real property law and landlord and tenant law.

I frequently act for parties challenging arbitral awards award under sections 68 and 69 of the Arbitration Act 1996 and I am regularly instructed to advise arbitrators as legal assessor.

I have been appointed as arbitrator in a number of rent review and development land disputes. I have also lectured and acted for parties on a range of matters concerning in Pubs Code arbitrations.
