Nathaniel Duckworth specialises in all aspects of real property and landlord and tenant law.  He has acted as advocate in numerous arbitrations (in this jurisdiction and other jurisdictions); he has advised and acted for parties seeking to challenge an arbitral award and has also regularly acted as legal advisor to the arbitrator. His areas of expertise include (but are not limited to) the following:

Nathaniel is a co-author of "Commercial and Residential Service Charges" (Bloomsbury); he has written numerous articles, including, for example, an article in the Woodfall Bulletin entitled "Rent arrears claims preceding the Government's Arbitration Scheme - stay the proceedings or stay the course?"  and given many lectures, including the 2017 Blundell Memorial Lecture: "Service charges - Taking out what you put in".
