Joe has extensive experience in arbitrations and the Arbitration Act 1996, with a particular focus on rent disputes, rent reviews, partnership and agricultural law. In addition to his role as an adviser and advocate in arbitrations he has frequently been instructed as a legal assessor and as an independent expert for the provision of expert determinations.
