I have been a member of Falcon Chambers since 2002.
I specialise in commercial property litigation (spanning 1954 Act renewals and rent review) and disputes relating to development land, but my expertise extends to all aspects of real property law and landlord and tenant law.
I am regularly instructed to advise arbitrators and independent experts as legal assessor.
I have been appointed as arbitrator in a number of rent review and development land disputes. I have also lectured and acted for parties on a range of matters both in Pubs Code arbitrations and Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Act arbitrations.
Over the years, I have spoken at ARBRIX and INDEX conferences, addressing topics that are of concern in this field.
